Our Pre-Cut Deck Kits are maintenance-free, affordable and easy to assemble with pre-cut materials. We deliver your deck kit to your home with all the parts you will need. Once you pick your deck, we’ll set you up with an assembly plan (DIY, Full-Install, or Partial Install). We offer a variety of sizes in addition to the 10x10 and your color options are: brown & white or gray & white.

The deck floors are made from composite and the railings from vinyl, making it a maintenance-free deck. The foundational posts, beams, and header are made from pressure-treated wood. All materials are Timbertech®.

Here are the tools you’ll need to build your Deck Kit yourself:

• A buddy: we recommend doing this fun project over a weekend with at least 2 people
• Hammer
• Drill
• Level
• Tape Measure
• Pencil
• Pre-cut Deck posts, beams, and floor (provided by Modular Decks of America)

You can build your deck in as little as half-a-day, but the time it takes depends on your experience, number of people, and pace. All of the pieces you will assemble to create your deck are pre-cut to precision in our facility. You won’t need to worry about cutting, sanding, or painting any wood or planks for your new deck.

It is standard that Modular Decks of America install your stairs, this is part of your package. Stairs have to pass city code and we ensure that this is taken care of properly.
